Winter in Tehachapi, California

A white Christmas in Tehachapi was a great way to end 2008... Snow can bring beauty out anywhere... In my opinion, Tehachapi is not a very photogenic place, but when everything is covered in snow, then the possibilities are endless...

Here are a few photos from my photographic journey the morning after Christmas...

If you would like to see the rest of the images I took,

Hope you all are having a wonderful beginning to 2009...

Have a great week....

  3. Michele,

Those are amazing photographs! I went to the like and saw them all. I really love the one of the empty bench. It looks like a seen from a movie. Waiting for someone to show up... who will it be? I love making up stories from photographs, I guess that is why I follow so many photo blogs. lol

You have some really beautiful work here. Thanks for sharing it with us!

  4. Gorgeous photos! Just stunning, really. I keep hoping we'll get some snow here in KY that I can photo. We usually only get a couple of snowfalls during winter and we haven't had one yet.

  8. Wonderful photos! The fog and snow together is so enchanting. Looking at these "feels" even more hushed than new snow. Very nice series.
